Fashion Scout – Assistant Producer



As Production Assistant for Fashion Scout, I worked closely with the lead producer to deliver one of London’s most vibrant and fast-paced fashion events. My role involved supporting all aspects of production, from pre-event planning through to on-site management, ensuring every detail came together seamlessly.

I was responsible for coordinating the booking and scheduling of all key teams and volunteers, including makeup, hair, sound, and lighting. I managed supplier communications and logistics to ensure that all equipment, signage, and materials were ordered, delivered, and installed on time. This included overseeing the procurement of lighting, sound systems, AV screens, and furniture, as well as arranging backstage catering for models and staff.

Additionally, I handled the hiring of essential operational teams such as security, cleaning, and social media support, while assisting in the setup of backstage and front-of-house areas. I coordinated the ordering and installation of infrastructure required to build and operate both the backstage area and catwalk. Throughout the production, I maintained close communication with all departments to ensure that schedules were met, challenges were resolved swiftly, and the event ran smoothly from start to finish.
